Photos pinned to the floor plan

Every progress photo gets a pin on the floor plan exactly where it was taken. One click on the lightbox shows the location, the trade, the milestone, and any notes attached to it. No more "which corner of the bathroom is this?".

Inspections with HK-specific checklists

Trade-by-trade checklists drawn from real HK construction practice — towngas tightness test, hollow-tile tap test, RCD trip, registered electrical worker sign-off, 24-hour flood test, slab penetration check. Pass / Fail / N/A on every item, with notes, severity, and numbered pins on the floor plan.

Defects logged with proof of rectification

Anyone on the project can raise a defect with a photo, a pin on the floor plan, and a severity. The builder writes rectification notes — what was done, when, with photos. The reporter verifies and closes. A complete audit trail by milestone.
